This coffee blend features a combination of Arabica and Robusta beans, with Arabica contributing a sweet-soft flavor, boasting a blueberry-like aroma in its unroasted state that transforms into a fruity/floral taste during roasting. Arabica is grown in cool, subtropical climates at higher altitudes. Robusta, less common but bolder in flavor, is typically used for rich espresso and grown at lower altitudes.
Each sachet contains 2 gm of naturally occurring fiber. The inclusion of Ganoderma lucidum (red Reishi mushroom) adds complexity and health benefits such as triterpenoids, amino acids, and fiber, drawing from its historical use in Asian culture.
